Product Quality Assurance:

WE ARE PROUD TO ASSURE THE QUALITY of the products sold. If you encounter any product quality issues, manufacturing defects, or any other  mistake on our or the supplier's part, please contact us. We will provide our best effort to resolve the issue. For all returns, please read the following information and the terms and conditions carefully. If you do not fully agree or understand the information provided, please contact us before making any purchases.

 

Delivery:

ARMS Store will endaevor to have your order delivered within 7 Working Days. Should this not be possible, ARMS will contact you to inform you of the delay or to present you with other purchase options.

 

Warranty Claims:

Should the purchased hardware be under warranty (i.e within 12 months from the Date Of Purchase), and providing that you are able to produce the Proof Of Purchase, you will be eligble for a Warranty Claim. Please note that this only applies to non-consumable items.


Return Instructions:

If there is any defect on the products, please contact us via email at: [email protected] We will endaevour to arrange a suitable solution to the issues that you have encountered.


When your shipment arrives:

When you receive your shipment, please  inspect the merchandise on the same day as delivered, as to avoid further complications. 

Packages / Merchandise that have arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us on the same day as delivered. Please have the delivery person make a note, if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing off for it.

 

General Notes: 

  1. Any returns received with missing items or without their original packaging will not be credited.
  2. The following items are NEVER returnable:
    • Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
    • Items that require special delivery.
  3. If you attempt to return an item which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
  4. In the event that the ARMS Store is unable to fulfil your order, you may be presented with the option of:
    • A full/partial refund
    • Equal value exchange
    • Order amendment/cancellation
